FEM CRANE is a newly designed crane that complies with FEM (Europe), DIN (Germany), and ANSI (U.S.A.) standards. Compared with traditional cranes, it offers many advantages, including strong rigidity, low dead weight, low power consumption, and an outstanding structural design. All movements are available at two speeds to enable precise operation.
The crane is equipped with advanced components, such as Schneider Electric electrical appliances, ABM/Nord/SEW triple gear motors (integrating motor, gearbox, and brake), galvanized high-strength wire ropes, self-adjusting disc brakes, hard-tooth reducers, programmable lifting limit switches, and more.
The CXTS Single Overhead Crane is designed and fabricated according to the FEM standard. Its modular design allows for easy assembly and maintenance.

FEM Double Girder Overhead Cranes feature light weight, a compact structure, and low energy consumption. The bridge frame is equipped with a trolley and a lifting mechanism. The trolley can travel back and forth, and its movement enables material handling in three-dimensional space.
The FEM overhead crane adopts a unique design concept, offering the characteristics of small size, light weight, and low wheel pressure. Compared with typical cranes, it achieves the smallest limit distance from the hook to the wall and the lowest headroom. The SHENGI crane can operate closer to the front and provides a higher lifting height, which effectively increases the usable working space within an existing plant. Thanks to its light weight and low wheel pressure, a new workshop can be designed to be smaller and more compact. A smaller plant means significant savings in initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning, and other maintenance costs.
